Kite Graphic Art provides:
Vector Conversion: Turning raster images into scalable vector files.
Embroidery Digitizing: Converting artwork into stitch files for embroidery machines.
Image Editing: Background removal, retouching, color correction, restoration, and other image enhancement services.
2. Orders and Project Submission
All orders must be submitted with complete and accurate project files and requirements.
Files must be in acceptable formats (JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, etc., as per service).
By submitting files, you confirm you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.
3. Pricing and Payment
Vector Conversion: Basic charges start at $8 USD, depending on complexity.
Embroidery Digitizing: Starts at $1 USD per 1,000 stitches, depending on design complexity.
Image Editing: Pricing depends on the type of editing and image quantity.
Full payment or advance payment may be required before project delivery.
All payments are processed securely via our payment methods.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery times vary by service and project complexity.
Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete files, technical issues, or third-party services.
5. Revisions
Revisions are included based on the scope of the service.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Vector files, digitized embroidery files, or edited images are delivered once revisions are finalized.
6. Intellectual Property
All submitted files remain your property.
We may temporarily store project files to complete services but do not claim ownership.
Upon full payment, delivered files are licensed for your intended use.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only if services are not delivered according to agreed specifications.
Minor adjustments, aesthetic differences, or subjective preferences are not valid grounds for a full refund.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a legitimate issue with the service.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all files and client information as strictly confidential.
Files are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kite Graphic Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
